Job summary

Adventure Consultancy Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support major enterprise workflow enhancements for a leading international development finance institution.

You will review, design, and document business processes, elicit requirements, and drive user adoption in an Agile setting. Based in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, the role offers hybrid work (onsite 3 days/week) for one year with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business analysis.
• 5+ years in a senior BA role.
• 5 years in banking, accounting, or financial services.
• 7 years designing and documenting business processes.
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.

About the Role

Support major enhancements to core enterprise workflow products for a leading international development finance institution - an enterprise management approval workflow system and a board paper document library. As Senior Business Analyst, you'll review, design, and document business processes, elicit requirements, and drive user adoption as an Agile BA.

What You'll Do

• Act as the point of contact between IT teams and business stakeholders; lead workshops and requirements elicitation sessions.
• Drive adoption and training for the user community, creating training materials and maintaining the system knowledge base.
• Define business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop requirements in Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate QA test scenarios and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the testing team.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years in business analysis, including 5+ years in a senior BA role.
• 5 years of experience in banking, accounting, or financial services.
• 7 years designing and documenting business processes.
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Knowledgeable in the Microsoft stack: SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, Power BI.
