Scope Of Work/Responsibilities

Specifically, the business analyst will:

• perform deep dive learning of existing processes, captured requirements, design specifications and applications in relation to disbursements
• engage in requirements elaboration, solution design and review, quality assurance and develop additional necessary requirements for the project including wireframe and prototyping for UX|UI, data specifications, business rules, workflow, integration as well as definition of role-based access.
• assist in the preparation and review of test cases, test scenarios and test scripts against defined requirements.
• conduct product demo and usability testing amongst Product Owners and relevant stakeholders.
• collaboratively work with testing team and assist users with User Acceptance Testing.
• participate in monitoring, managing and addressing bug fixes/issues and their resolution.

Requirement And Qualification (Education & Work Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 5 years of strong business analysis experience, involving end-to-end IT solution implementation and integration with other systems
• Experience in banking, accounting, or the financial services sector is an advantage
• 3 years of exposure to solution design and documenting business processes
• Experience in IT application testing and quality assurance
• Knowledge of project and systems development lifecycles
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall solution delivery
• Skilled with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
  
  

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid, requiring contractors to report onsite at least three times a week, depending on the demand of project and business engagement. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ for more than 3 days, compliance is mandatory.
• Work Schedule is from 8:00AM – 5:00PM Manila Time.
