Job summary

Careernet is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise transformation in the Philippines. You will bridge business and technology teams, lead requirements workshops, and translate needs into user stories and functional specs.

You will work with product owners, vendors, developers, and QA across the project lifecycle, support testing and UAT, drive process improvements, and ensure solutions deliver business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, including experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, and end-to-end system implementations.
• Background in Banking, Financial Services, Risk, Compliance, or Enterprise Platforms preferred.
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Collaborate with product owners, vendors, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
