Chroma Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Lead Property Engineer to support the Property Manager in daily operations of a Building/Facilities Corporation.

You will ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working condition by implementing preventive maintenance programs and coordinating with MST technicians and contractors. The role requires engineering degree, valid license, and 1–2 years in building maintenance, preferably in high-rise or mixed-use centers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Engineer is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Building Maintenance Operations, preferably in high-rise or mixed-use centers.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance programs for building and equipment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety of residents and property.
• Assist in budgeting for technical services and materials.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and third-party contractors for repairs and upgrades.
• Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and monitor equipment uptime.
