Job summary

EPIC Property Management in Metro Manila seeks a highly experienced and licensed Building Electrical Engineer to lead the operation and maintenance of complex high-rise electrical facilities. The role requires hands-on expertise with power distribution, LV switchgear, transformers, and stand-by diesel generators, with a focus on reliability, safety, and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) license.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in operation and maintenance of high-rise facilities.
• Hands-on experience with low voltage switchgears and air circuit breakers.
• Experience with power distribution systems and building transformers.
• Experience with power generation systems and fuel systems for emergency equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Power Distribution Systems.
• Manage low voltage switchgears, air circuit breakers, and the secondary power distribution to building transformers.
• Maintain the common bus system serving both the primary power source and the emergency generators.
• Supervise the Power Generation System, including diesel engines for stand-by power.
• Manage the fuel systems for diesel emergency generators and engine-driven fire pumps.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure system reliability and safety compliance.
• Lead a technical team and coordinate with other engineering departments on facility-related projects.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on technical expert who ensures the reliability and optimal performance of all critical power systems.
