About the role

This role involves overseeing the maintenance, operations, and management of building systems and facilities. You will be responsible for conducting regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural elements, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs with external contractors. You will optimize building system performance for energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness, implement preventive maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with all safety, building, and environmental codes and regulations. Additionally, you will supervise building projects and renovations, manage project timelines and budgets, conduct safety audits and risk assessments, address tenant concerns, and lead and train Multi Skilled Technicians and maintenance personnel.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering (preferably steel or heavy industry)
• Licensed Engineer (Electrical) is required
• Experience in handling commercial, residential, or mixed-use properties preferred
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building management systems (BMS)
• Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management, with the ability to manage contractors and multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
• Ability to lead, supervise, and train technical staff
