Job summary

Enhanced Property Innovation Corporation is seeking a highly experienced and licensed Building Electrical Engineer to oversee operation and maintenance of complex high-rise electrical facilities.

The role requires hands-on expertise with power distribution, LV switchgear, and standby diesel generators, and includes leading a technical team and coordinating with other engineering departments. Ortigas, Pasig or nearby areas are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
• Minimum of five years of experience in operation and maintenance services of high-rise engineering facilities.
• Hands-on experience with low voltage switchgears, air circuit breakers, and power distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Power Distribution Systems.
• Manage low voltage switchgears, air circuit breakers, and the secondary power distribution to building transformers.
• Maintain the common bus system serving both the primary power source and the emergency generators.
• Supervise the Power Generation System, including diesel engines for stand-by power.
• Manage the fuel systems for diesel emergency generators and engine-driven fire pumps.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure system reliability and safety compliance.
• Lead a technical team and coordinate with other engineering departments on facility-related projects.
