Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with demonstrable cross-disciplinary experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in electrical engineering with exposure to mechanical systems, MEP design, or facility management.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) for electrical and mechanical drafting.
• Deep understanding of power distribution, switchboards and transformers.
• Hands-on knowledge of pumps, HVAC, hydraulics and rotating machinery.
• Strong analytical, project management and communication skills.

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Electrical Engineer with a strong background in mechanical works to design, manage, and oversee the installation and maintenance of integrated electrical and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between electrical power distribution, control systems, and mechanical infrastructure (HVAC, piping, pumps, and etc) to ensure seamless operational efficiency and project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Create and review electrical schematics, power distribution layouts, and control systems while integrating them with mechanical equipment like generators, HVAC units, and industrial pumps.

• Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of facility electrical and mechanical infrastructure.

• Diagnose complex technical issues occurring at the intersection of electrical and mechanical systems (e.g., control panels, thermal management).

• Ensure all electrical and mechanical installations comply with relevant local engineering codes, health and safety standards, and operational guidelines.

• Prepare technical reports, Bill of Materials (BOMs), system specifications, operating manuals, and project timelines.

• Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams to meet project scope and budget requirements.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in electrical engineering with direct exposure to mechanical systems, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) design, or facility management.
