Job summary

Megaworld Manila is seeking an experienced facilities electrical supervisor to oversee routine checks on power distribution and gensets, while reading blueprints and ensuring safety compliance. You will manage maintenance schedules and supervise electricians, technicians, and contractors to minimize downtime.

The role includes troubleshooting switchboards and transformers, tracking spare parts and budgets, and ensuring adherence to local electrical codes and standards in a dynamic property

Responsibilities

• Run routine checks on power distribution, lighting, and backup generators (gensets).
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to reduce facility downtime.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical faults in switchboards, transformers, and control panels.
• Supervise electricians, technicians, and external repair contractors.
• Ensure all building work meets local safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Track spare parts inventory, maintenance logs, and operational budgets.
