Job summary

EPIC Property Management in Metro Manila seeks a highly experienced and licensed Building Electrical Engineer to lead the operation and maintenance of complex high-rise electrical facilities. The role requires hands-on expertise with power distribution, LV switchgear, transformers, and stand-by diesel generators, with a focus on reliability, safety, and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

Must hold a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) license.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in operation and maintenance of high-rise facilities.
Hands-on experience with low voltage switchgears and air circuit breakers.
Experience with power distribution systems and building transformers.
Experience with power generation systems and fuel systems for emergency equipment.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Power Distribution Systems.
Manage low voltage switchgears, air circuit breakers, and the secondary power distribution to building transformers.
Maintain the common bus system serving both the primary power source and the emergency generators.
Supervise the Power Generation System, including diesel engines for stand-by power.
Manage the fuel systems for diesel emergency generators and engine-driven fire pumps.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure system reliability and safety compliance.
Lead a technical team and coordinate with other engineering departments on facility-related projects.
