Job summary

Security Bank is seeking an Operations Officer in Bacolod to provide universal operations support across branches in the area. You will fill temporary vacancies and ensure quality service to clients, performing spot-checks on CIV, ATM, COCI, and form counts for lean branches.

You will relieve BCM/BSO/CA or Teller in service operations and monitor daily processes to ensure compliance with bank policies and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2–3 years in branch banking operations.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations and bank policies/procedures.
• Good risk management skills and customer orientation.
• Solid judgment, interpersonal and negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Relieve BCM/BSO/CA or Teller in service operations, credit and control, and branch support across branches.
• Conduct spot-checks on CIV, ATM-CIV, Teller’s Cash and COCI, and form counts for lean branches.
• Monitor day-to-day operations to prevent lapses or exceptions in any branch.
