Job summary

Security Bank is seeking an Operations Officer for Cebu It Park Branch, Cebu City, Philippines. You will act as a universal operations support officer across branches, filling in temporary vacancies and ensuring high-quality client service.

Responsibilities include reliever duties for BCM/BSO/CA/Teller roles, conducting spot-checks on CIV/ATM-CIV/COCI, and monitoring daily operations to enforce policies and controls. Strong risk management and customer orientation are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course.
• Minimum 2–3 years of branch banking operations experience.
• Strong risk management skills and good customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a reliever for BCM/BSO/CA/Teller to ensure prompt service in operations and compliance.
• Performs spot-checks on lean branches and counts of CIV, ATM-CIV, Teller’s Cash & COCI, and accountable forms.
• Monitors day-to-day operations to prevent lapses and ensure policy compliance.
