You will work with management to prioritize information needs, implement data collection systems, and drive efficiency through automation and VBA-enabled reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or completed college coursework.
• At least 2 years of experience as Reports Analyst Lead in a BPO.
• Experience leading a team of Reports Analysts.
• Experience in creating reports or dashboards from scratch.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; advanced Excel and VBA.

Responsibilities

• Manage task allocation for all reports and workforce team members.
• Assist stakeholders with dashboard development and report generation.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Provide analytics and performance recommendations from data.
• Automate reports to reduce inefficiencies using macros.
