Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Measurement and Report Sr Analyst to lead reporting functions and supervise a team of reporting analysts. You will oversee report development, ensure data accuracy, and provide actionable insights to executives, leveraging Power BI, Excel, and Tableau.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 1 year in supervision, and a strong emphasis on objectivity and compliance with client policies.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years relevant work experience; at least 1 year supervisory
• PowerBI only (SQL, SSIS, SSRS, ETL not required)
• Advanced Excel (VBA and Macro to automate reports)
• Individual contributor preferred
• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
• Excellent comprehension, communication, and skills
• Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, accuracy, and distribution of reports across the organization.
• Lead and mentor reporting analysts, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.
• Provide insights based on reports, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Work closely with department heads and executives to understand reporting needs and provide meaningful data insights.
• Ensure reports meet industry standards and company guidelines for data accuracy and compliance.
• Leverage reporting software to create visually compelling and user-friendly reports.
• Support content review and moderation workflows in line with client guidelines while engaging with tools and prompts for responsible AI research.
