Responsibilities

• Prepare and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational reports
• Automate the reports and ensure they continue to produce correct data at the desired frequency
• Help out in preparing monthly and quarterly target plans and AOP
• Analyze and interpret data to help improve processes and workflows
• Evaluate key performance indicators, and ensure timely delivery of essential reports
• Manage day-to-day operations and strategize to automate the same
• Work as the point of contact for customer escalations and provide timely solutions
