Growve Inc. is hiring a Senior General Bookkeeper to manage daily financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and maintain US GAAP compliance.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in accounting systems with strong communication skills to handle multiple tasks. The role offers a permanent hybrid work arrangement, night shift, and exposure to US accounting and ecommerce operations alongside seasoned professionals and international clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 3–4 years US accounting experience.
• Understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and accounting software.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to book transactions accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle bookkeeping and AR-related responsibilities.
• Willing to work night shift.
• Willing to work in permanent hybrid setup.
• Willing to work on a 3-month contract with potential absorption.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transactions, compliance, general accounting, and finance.
• Reconcile accounts for multiple entities as needed.
• Handle accounts payable: review, coding, and payments.
• Verify financial data for AP records and support paying obligations.
• Produce financial reports from data.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Meet processing and reporting deadlines.
• Post cash receipts to the AR ledger.
• Follow up on past due payments and maintain client relations.
• AR-related administrative tasks as needed.
• Support ecommerce transaction postings and process improvements.
