Job summary

Offsure is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer to support an Australian client from the Philippines. The role covers AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and general bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online for multiple entities.

You will work closely with the client's management to ensure accurate records and timely payment processing, with emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple financial tasks and deadlines.
• Experience supporting Australian clients or offshore accounting processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and manage Accounts Payable.
• Generate and send customer invoices; apply payments in the ledger.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage bank feeds.
• Post journal entries and maintain General Ledger records.
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports for management.
• Support multiple entities and ensure timely payments and accurate coding.
