Job summary

hammerjack invites a Senior Managed Services Consultant to join our team after implementation, delivering hands-on platform administration, configuration guidance, and functional advice for complex billing needs. You will spend ~80% on client delivery and ~20% on leadership and coaching, with remote work options and occasional on-site visits on request.

Ideal candidates have 4–5+ years in managed services or related fields, strong billing knowledge, API familiarity, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

4–5+ years in managed services, software support, or platform implementation.
Hands-on experience with a billing/monetization platform.
Strong knowledge of billing processes: pricing, rating, invoicing, subscriptions, usage.

Responsibilities

Lead post-implementation client delivery and build trusted relationships.
Perform hands‑on platform administration, configuration, pricing, invoicing, workflow improvements.
Troubleshoot functional/technical issues; coordinate resolution and report progress.
