Job summary

Hammerjack is seeking a Senior Managed Services Consultant in the Philippines to lead post-implementation delivery for a portfolio of clients on a remote arrangement. You will drive platform configuration, changes, integrations, and optimization workstreams within defined SLAs, mentor junior consultants, and help strengthen retention, utilization, and growth.

Qualifications

5+ years of consulting or implementation experience with a billing/monetization platform.

Responsibilities

Lead Customer Delivery: own post-implementation contact for accounts, manage check-ins and reviews.
Run Platform Operations: updates, pricing changes, invoice template maintenance.
Protect Billing Accuracy: monitor billing runs, investigate and resolve issues.
Deliver Change & Enhancements: design configurations, automate workflows, manage changes.
Maintain Integrations: monitor CRM/ERP/tax and payment integrations; coordinate with tech teams.
Drive Optimization: identify revenue leakage and churn risk; propose improvements.
Manage Governance: track delivery metrics, performance, risks, and improvements.
Develop the Team: mentor juniors and share best practices.
Support Product & Growth: capture feedback and identify expansion opportunities.
