Job summary

Amped HQ is looking for a Billing & Access Support Specialist to resolve billing and account access questions quickly and accurately, protecting revenue and enabling the CS + USE team to focus on customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with Sales, Support, and Finance to streamline billing processes, handle invoicing and AR tasks, manage user provisioning, and contribute to process improvements in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support combined with billing operations, AR, or account management.
• Familiarity with Stripe, Zuora, or Chargebee and support/ticketing tools.
• Strong communication and attention to detail with financial records.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve inbound billing queries including invoicing, processing, renewals, and basic AR workflows.
• Address user access queries, provisioning/deprovisioning, license management, and login issues.
• Route complex issues to the appropriate team with clear documentation.
