Lifeline Diagnostics Supplies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Bid Manager in Metro Manila to lead end-to-end bid preparation, coordination with departments, and government bidding representations.

The role requires strong proposal writing abilities and MS Excel proficiency, with health and insurance benefits discussed during hiring. The successful candidate will oversee bid tracking, develop bidding strategies, and supervise Bidding Staff while ensuring timely reporting and compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• College graduate in Business, Marketing or Medical‑related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of bid management or proposal writing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office.
• Ability to prepare required reports on time.
• Immediate availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end preparation, consolidation, and submission of all bid documents.
• Organize and coordinate meetings with all departments prior to biddings.
• Represent the company in government institutions for public bidding as needed.
• Contribute to bidding strategies, including risk assessment and competitor analysis.
• Monitor bids and maintain a tracking system for status, outcomes, and timelines.
• Provide guidance and delegate tasks to the bidding staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
