You’ll forecast, allocate budgets, and optimize from upper-funnel awareness to lower-funnel conversions, while mentoring junior planners and delivering clear client-facing narratives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience managing biddable media campaigns in an agency or high-growth brand environment.
• Deep proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is required.
• Strong ability to balance DTC performance goals with brand health objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, launch, and daily management of campaigns across Search and Social platforms.
• Support Retail Media Networks such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, and Instacart.
• Analyze KPI metrics and translate data into actionable narratives for stakeholders.
