QBE Group Shared Services Centre is seeking a senior contributor to lead business intelligence reporting, analytics, and market intelligence. The role partners with senior leaders to establish measurement frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards, delivering high‑quality insights for informed decisions.

You will drive analytics outcomes, governance, and insight generation without people management responsibilities, supporting both regular and ad hoc reporting while identifying trends across insurance

• Senior contributor responsible for BI reporting, advanced analytics and market intelligence.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop enterprise‑level measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Deliver advanced analytics and market intelligence insights to support performance and growth.
• Interpret reporting and market trends, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Review, validate and resolve gaps in reporting inputs to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with business partners to define reporting requirements and success measures.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on data platforms, metrics and reporting standards.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support strategic initiatives and governance processes.
• Improve reporting processes, tools and methodologies for better efficiency and insight quality.
• Develop and maintain regular, ad hoc and executive‑level reporting deliverables.
• Build and sustain stakeholder relationships through effective communication.
