Job summary

• Review, validate and resolve gaps in reporting inputs to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with business partners to define reporting requirements and success measures.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on data platforms, metrics and reporting standards.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support strategic initiatives and governance processes.
• Improve reporting processes, tools and methodologies for better efficiency and insight quality.
• Develop and maintain regular, ad hoc and executive‑level reporting deliverables.
• Build and sustain stakeholder relationships through effective communication.

The Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to operate as a senior individual contributor accountable for business intelligence reporting, advanced analytics, and market intelligence. The role partners closely with business leaders to establish measurement frameworks, design KPIs and dashboards, and deliver high‑quality insights that support informed decision‑making.

The role leads analytics outcomes and stakeholder engagement through subject‑matter expertise, governance discipline, and insight generation, without formal people‑management responsibilities. It also supports both regular and ad hoc reporting requirements while identifying trends across insurance portfolios, market conditions, and performance drivers to influence business strategy.

• Design and develop enterprise‑level measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and strategic reporting solutions.
• Deliver advanced analytics and market intelligence insights to support portfolio performance, growth, and risk awareness.
• Interpret reporting and market trends, translating data into clear insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency by reviewing, validating, and resolving gaps or inconsistencies in reporting inputs.
• Collaborate with business partners to define reporting requirements and success measures aligned to business outcomes.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on enterprise data platforms, metric definitions, and reporting standards.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support strategic initiatives, performance reviews, and governance processes.
• Improve reporting processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, usability, and insight quality.
