Job summary

QBE Group Shared Services Centre is seeking a data and analytics professional to enable operational resilience through high-quality reporting and dashboards. You will produce decision-ready metrics, maintain trusted datasets, and contribute to automation and AI-enabled reporting to scale resilience oversight.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, performing analytics to identify risks, and supporting governance cycles with disciplined reporting and artefacts.

Qualifications

• Exposure to data analytics and reporting, governance reporting, and risk management.
• Solid exposure in general insurance / finance industry.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain dashboards, metrics and insights to support governance forums, management reporting and operational resilience oversight.
• Support automation and uplift of reporting capability, including standardised metric definitions, reusable templates, and improved self-service insights.
• Analyse data to identify patterns, emerging risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities relevant to operational resilience delivery and governance.
• Provide practical, stakeholder-ready insights to support planning, prioritisation, and performance conversations across resilience streams of work.
• Support recurring governance activities through strong reporting discipline, version control, and maintenance of reporting artefacts and libraries.
