Job summary

QBE Group Shared Services Centre in Cebu City is seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Reporting Analyst to deliver data insights and reporting for decision-making. You will map reporting processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and champion BI tools across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in Power BI/QlikView/Tableau, and familiarity with SAS/SQL/Access; insurance industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience with QlikView, Power BI or Tableau.
• Insurance industry experience preferred; SAS/SQL/Access familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Support data needs for assigned areas by reviewing requests and extracting relevant data for key stakeholders.
• Analyse, test, and manipulate data to deliver reliable insights and reports.
• Assist with ad-hoc reports and special projects to align with business needs.
• Document data processes, workflows, and analysis methodologies.
• Develop reports and dashboards under guidance of senior team members.
• Identify and report key risk areas for People programs and ensure resolution.
