Job summary

Nuvei, a global fintech, seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to accelerate Nuvei's products within the iGaming vertical, with a specific focus on LATAM. You will build a robust pipeline, negotiate with C-level executives, and develop strategic partnerships across the region.

You will drive opportunities, coordinate cross‑country projects, and ensure accurate forecasting using Salesforce. Fluency in English is essential, and some travel should be anticipated as part of this role.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of BD/Sales in payments acquiring industry.
• Proven success in complex c-level negotiations across technical, compliance, legal and commercial aspects.
• Strong track record in the targeted fintech field.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships to share industry trends.
• Creative problem solver with ability to manage multiple challenges.
• Good organizational skills and willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Establish an extensive pipeline of sales opportunities and forecast sales to senior management.
• Develop new sales strategy and identify high value prospects.
• Present large scale technical products and solutions to prospects at C-level.
• Identify and develop new sales partnerships with large LATAM merchants.
• Coordinate cross-country projects and intercept opportunities from partners and regulatory changes.
• Manage pipeline via SalesForce to ensure accurate forecast and consistent results.
