Job summary

Keppel Infrastructure Division in the Philippines seeks a senior mechanical engineer to originate new business opportunities, strategize value creation for Keppel and customers, and guide opportunities through to contracts. The role requires proactive needs scouting, trend reporting, and leadership in end-to-end innovation with internal and external stakeholders.

You will manage ecosystem partnerships, strengthen client relationships in the low-carbon energy sector, and help develop new business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with solid commercial understanding and basic financial modelling.
• Strong project and stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cooling business and service-based models; ability to work in a lean, multidisciplinary team.

• Originate new business opportunities in The Philippines and convert to contracts.
• Strategize value creation for Keppel and customers.
• Be proactive in scouting needs and translate trends into insightful reports.
• Manage end-to-end innovation from strategy to business plans with stakeholders.
• Develop ecosystem and channel partnerships.
• Strengthen relationships with stakeholders and clients in the low carbon energy sector.
• Develop new business models including organisational development and operating model change.
• Manage project development, budgets and finances.
