Job summary

DNV Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer / Project Manager to support the delivery and growth of our Solar PV and Hybrid BESS advisory business in the Philippines and APAC. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, provide Owner's Engineer services, conduct technical due diligence, and manage risks across development, construction, and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
10+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy project development, EPC, or consulting.
Proven experience delivering Solar PV, BESS, and Hybrid projects.

Responsibilities

Lead PM and electrical technical lead for Solar PV, Wind and BESS projects.
Manage project execution from proposal stage through completion within schedule and budget.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across APAC and act as client interface.
Lead Owner's Engineer assignments during development, design review, procurement, construction and handover.
Provide technical due diligence and lender's advisory services and risk assessments.
Develop and maintain relationships with developers, lenders, investors and EPC contractors.
