Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and control the concrete batching plant per procedures.
• Ensure accurate batching of cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures.
• Ensure compliance with specs and QC procedures.
• Verify materials and report discrepancies.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections of plant and equipment.
• Check weighing scales, sensors, and meters.
• Monitor material availability during production.
• Report low stocks or wastage.
• Maintain daily batching and production reports.
• Comply with safety policies and site rules.
• Coordinate with Site Engineer and others to ensure smooth operations.
