Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain service speed and guest satisfaction.
• Know bar menu, ingredients, and pairings.
• Maintain mise en place and ensure bar equipment, glassware, tools, and supplies are ready before operations.
• Set up and close the bar according to established procedures.
• Handle inventory, rotations, and storage of beverages and bar supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and workstations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
• Report equipment concerns, breakages, spills, or safety hazards immediately.
• Provide guidance to F&B Service Associates, particularly new team members.
• Support daily bar operations with the Bar Supervisor/Outlet Manager.
