The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full-time, on-site position based in Makati, responsible for overseeing daily F&B service operations while bringing specialized bar and mixology expertise to elevate the guest beverage experience. This role includes supervising service staff, ensuring consistent service standards, and monitoring guest satisfaction, table turnover, and outlet performance. The F&B Supervisor develops and curates cocktail menus, signature drinks, and seasonal beverage programs, while ensuring proper bar setup, inventory control, and cost management (pour cost, beverage cost percentage) across all outlets. The role also involves training staff on mixology techniques, cocktail preparation standards, and responsible alcohol service, as well as coordinating with Kitchen, Front Office, and Purchasing to align on menu execution, stock levels, and event/banquet requirements. The F&B Supervisor monitors outlet revenue, upselling performance, and guest feedback, and provides recommendations to management on beverage program improvements and promotional opportunities.
