Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 12-month contract in Makati, Philippines (Hybrid). The role demands 15+ years in business analysis, with extensive banking domain knowledge and experience delivering complex CMS initiatives.

You will lead requirements elicitation, prepare Functional Requirements Specifications, coordinate with ITG, vendors, and business units, and ensure solutions meet regulatory and system needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Engineering with banking domain experience.
• Strong experience in business case development and requirements management.
• Proven ability to elicit, document, and trace requirements across programs.
• Excellent communication with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS).
• Define and manage CMS-related requirements and test artifacts.
• Develop test scenarios and support SIT/UAT.
• Collaborate with BU, ITG, vendors to gather requirements.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and system capabilities.
• Support project delivery and post-implementation activities.
