Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with banking domain expertise to gather, document, and validate requirements for CMS initiatives. You will develop FRs, process flows, and business cases, ensuring alignment with regulatory needs and system capabilities.

The role involves working with ITG, vendors, and business units to manage deliverables, coordinate testing activities, and support successful implementations with strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in business casing, business analysis, and requirements definition.
• Extensive banking industry knowledge with cash management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BUs, ITG, vendors and stakeholders to gather and document requirements for CMS initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain Functional Requirements Specifications, process flows, and business cases.
• Ensure requirements are complete, accurate, traceable, and aligned with objectives and regulations.
• Manage deliverables and project activities, ensuring timely completion and proactive issue resolution.
• Develop and execute test scenarios and support SIT, UAT, defect management, and reporting.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to validate designs and changes.
• Support post-implementation activities and ensure high stakeholder satisfaction.
