Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in business and systems analysis and requirements development.
• Experience in banking, payments, or cash management domains.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Units, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications and solution requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), process flows, business cases, and other project documentation.
• Ensure requirements are complete, accurate, traceable, and aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and system capabilities.
• Analyze business processes and proposed system changes to identify impacts, dependencies, risks, and potential improvements.
• Coordinate assigned deliverables and project activities, ensuring timely completion and effective stakeholder communication.
• Develop, review, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and user test scripts.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and test result reporting.
• Work with Development, Infrastructure, and Support teams to validate solution designs and ensure successful implementation of system enhancements.
• Support project implementation and post-implementation activities, including issue resolution and business user support.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet defined business requirements, testing objectives, and quality standards.
