BDO Unibank, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Branch Head for the Branch Banking Group (BBG) to lead the branch's profitability, marketing, operations, and administration. You will build long-term client relationships and collect market feedback to guide strategy.

You will oversee branch operations, compliance, and staff performance while driving branch marketing and service excellence to meet revenue targets.

Formación

• Four-year or five-year degree, preferably in Business
• At least 5 years of working experience in branch operations and marketing
• Excellent managerial skills
• Ability to implement effective marketing strategies

• Identify client needs and offer products to meet branch goals and profitability targets
• Oversee branch servicing, admin, controls, and compliance for branch staff
• Maintain oversight on Branch Marketing and Operations
