Formación

• Requires Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years in account management or sales leadership roles.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; Mandarin or Fukien proficiency is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking, managerial, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet premium and commission budgets for the team while controlling operating expenses.
• Collaborate with bank units to formulate and implement sales strategies; satisfy client servicing needs.
• Grow the business portfolio by cross-selling and deepening client relationships.
