Job summary

Security Bank is seeking an Experienced Professionals Customer Advisor/New Accounts Officer for the Bacolod-The Row Branch. You will handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products, and manage a portfolio to hit sales targets while processing new CASA accounts and placements.

You will ensure on-time and accurate service delivery per bank policies, with responsibilities including handling customer requests, end-of-day cash verification, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking, preferably handling new accounts transactions.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Process opening of peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements, renewals, and matured placements.
• Provide excellent service delivery in line with bank standards.
