Job summary

BPI AIA Life Assurance Corporation is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive bancassurance solutions with bank partners across branches. You will solicit new business, nurture relations with officers, and deliver quality customer service while coordinating with back-office policy servicing and claims teams.

The role emphasizes cross-selling and up-selling, regular reporting on production, and participation in marketing campaigns to grow bancassurance revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course.
• Preferably with work experience in SALES.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Computer savvy and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified BPI AIA products to the bank's customer base.
• Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with bank officers and staff in assigned branches for bancassurance leads.
• Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with prospective and existing clientele; perform customer service and business conservation activities.
• Act as liaison between customer and back office for policy servicing and claims; submit required reports on time.
• Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner that will affect bancassurance business.
• Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for production updates and campaigns.
• Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate superior for bancassurance business.
