Job summary

BPI AIA Life Assurance Corporation is seeking a results-driven Bancassurance Sales Officer in Manila. You will promote and sell bancassurance products through the bank's channels and maintain strong relationships with branch staff.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in insurance or bancassurance sales, plus excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Training and incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Minimum 2 years of insurance or bancassurance sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA and its affiliates.
• Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified products to the bank's customers.
• Establish, maintain and grow relations with bank officers and staff to generate bancassurance leads and business.
• Liaise between customers and back office for policy servicing and claims.
• Submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Provide field intelligence on products, campaigns, competitors, and the bank partner.
• Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager, and Relationship Manager for updates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA and its affiliates.
• Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified products of BPI AIA and its affiliates to the bank's customer base.
• Establish, maintain and grow our relationship with the bank officers and staff in the branch/es they are assigned to generate bancassurance leads and bancassurance business and prospective and existing clientele.
• Liaise between our customer and our back office for policy servicing and claims.
• Submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner that will affect our bancassurance business.
• Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for production updates, marketing campaigns, and other related matters.
• Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate supervisor for the purposes of our business.
