Job summary

Concentrix Sr. Manager, B2B Sales leads the sales team supporting strategic accounts to drive revenue growth and client success. You will align with the Sales Director and external-facing clients to foster strong relationships and optimize performance.

You will forecast, coach, and coach-to-win—ensuring data-driven decisions, effective renewal strategies, and scalable sales plays across territories in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of inside sales experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 5+ years leading teams or mentoring sales staff.
• For the Philippines market, experience selling to Filipino clients or working in the Philippines.
• Sales and Sales Management experience preferably in technology, IT, SaaS, or Human Capital/Consulting.
• Track record in both hunting and farming sales.
• Expertise in scaling businesses in a high-growth market.
• Willingness to coach and provide guidance to team members to improve sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure CRM data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Remove roadblocks and help the team resolve challenges to support sales opportunities.
• Monitor call time and productivity; conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Analyze data and trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for client territories.
• Stay current on client services developments and market direction; inform the team accordingly.
• Be a point of escalation for clients and respond promptly to issues.
• Maintain communications with Sales Director and clients to foster strong relationships.
• Collaborate on reporting and forecasting with client contacts.
• Help the team understand targets and CPTs; work with internal and external partners to coach.
• Coordinate incentives and Sales Performance Incentive Funds.
• Build relationships with partners to meet customer expectations.
• Improve sales processes to enhance customer experience and drive renewals.
