BlueMoso | The Team Behind Your Team is seeking a Senior Outbound Sales Specialist to research, craft, and execute hyper-targeted outreach. You’ll own conversations from first touch to a booked qualified call with the founder, using LinkedIn and email while maintaining a clean, organized pipeline.

You’ll be measured on results, with 2–3+ years of B2B outbound sales expected, and a strong ability to find genuine angles for outreach.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of proven B2B outbound sales experience
• Track record with outreach volume, reply rates, and meetings booked
• Clear, natural English that doesn't sound automated
• Strong research skills and genuine outreach angle
• Able to handle replies, objections, qualifications and follow-up independently
• Persistent without sounding robotic or spammy
• Comfortable being measured on results
• Experience posting outreach from founder's LinkedIn account
• Able to work with a stable U.S. Mountain Time overlap

Responsibilities

• Researching and building highly targeted prospect lists using Sales Navigator and tools like Store Leads
• Recording personalized Loom videos that feel personalized
• Writing and sending outbound messages across LinkedIn and email
• Running multi-touch follow-ups
• Managing prospect replies and handling objections
• Qualifying opportunities and knowing when to bring in the founder
• Booking qualified prospects onto the founder's calendar
• Managing outreach from the founder's LinkedIn profile
• Keeping the pipeline clean and organized
• Testing additional outbound channels when needed
• Reporting what's working and what should change
