Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience on FMCG high-speed automated production lines.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in maintenance, preventive maintenance, testing, operations.
• Proven ability to achieve production targets through mechanical alignment and synchronization of stations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and preventive maintenance on high-speed production lines.
• Plan and manage wear-and-tear components, spare parts, and change-over parts to minimize downtime.
• Guide and mentor junior technicians in coordination with the Production Department.
• Carry out other production- and maintenance-related duties as assigned by management.
• Support quality and productivity targets through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide timely reporting of daily activities, risks, and opportunities to the Department Head.
