Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Plant Maintenance Manager to lead the site maintenance department in a heavy manufacturing environment. You will drive plant availability, optimize asset reliability, oversee CAPEX/OPEX budgets, and build a high-performing engineering team.

Responsibilities include directing Mechanical, Electrical, and Preventive maintenance, leveraging data analytics to reduce downtime, managing budgets, and ensuring EHS compliance while improving EBITDA objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in heavy manufacturing or continuous-process industrial operations.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial maintenance leadership role.
• Proven expertise in preventive/predictive maintenance frameworks, budget management, and operational improvement.
• Strong financial acumen in managing large plant operating budgets, spare parts planning, and equipment replacement evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Production, Quality Assurance, and Process units to optimize operations and support sustainable energy initiatives.
• Build a high-performing team through targeted development, performance management, and strict compliance with EHS and environmental standards.
