Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in maintenance, preventive maintenance, testing, operations.
• Proven ability to achieve production targets through mechanical alignment and synchronization of stations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and preventive maintenance on high-speed production lines.

Job Description

• Perform maintenance and preventive maintenance activities on high-speed production lines (approximately 200 BPM/BPH), ensuring proper documentation, activity logs, and traceability.
• Plan and manage wear-and-tear components, spare parts, and change-over parts to minimize downtime and prevent production disruptions.
• Guide and mentor junior technicians while ensuring effective team performance in coordination with the Production Department.
• Carry out any other production- and maintenance-related duties assigned by management.
• Support the achievement of the company's quality and productivity targets through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide timely reporting of daily activities, identified risks, and opportunities for improvement to the Department Head.

Qualification

• A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic); Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in FMCG high-speed automated production lines, with strong exposure to maintenance, preventive maintenance, testing, operations, and hands-on technical troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to achieve production target s through proper mechanical alignment and synchronization of automated stations within a high-speed production line.
