Job summary
RAM Food Products Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to execute daily preventive maintenance and troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical equipment in our FMCG facility in Pampanga.
The role ensures minimal downtime, factory safety compliance, and continuous production support. The ideal candidate holds a relevant engineering degree or vocational qualification, with knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, electrical schematics, and lubrication/calibration.
Qualifications
- Registered Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer or graduate of vocational-technical courses (TESDA Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or Electrical Installation & Maintenance).
- Fresh graduates welcome; willing to undergo intensive cross-training.
- Experience in food manufacturing set-up is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Perform direct technical troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Execute preventive maintenance program to avoid breakdowns and unnecessary repairs.
- Implement Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) and safety procedures including Fire Alarm maintenance and drills.
- Diagnose root causes and prepare maintenance reports for repairs or replacements.
- Provide immediate technical and breakdown support to hit production line targets.
- Assist and guide external contractors for major repair, overhaul, or installation of machines and utilities.
