Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production management or plant operations.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of production processes, manufacturing systems, CI methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in technical training and capability-building is an advantage.

This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production execution, maintaining quality and safety standards, driving operational excellence, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity, and operational requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure efficient workflow, resource utilization, and timely output.
• Ensure compliance with product quality standards, food safety requirements, workplace safety policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, process optimization, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and validate production performance metrics, reports, and operational documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources to support operational goals.
• Coach, develop, and supervise production personnel to foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production management, or plant operations within a highly regulated production environment.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of production processes, manufacturing systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and operational best practices.
• Experience conducting technical training, onboarding, and operational capability-building programs is an advantage.
• Willing to work in a plant-based manufacturing environment in Cebu.
