Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Australian and/or New Zealand project experience.
• Proven architectural project management or senior coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of AU/NZ building codes and construction processes.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept design through construction completion.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, engineers, and stakeholders across AU/NZ.
• Oversee drawings, documentation, and design outputs delivery.
• Ensure compliance with AU/NZ codes, standards, and regulations.
• Manage timelines, budgets, scope, and deliverables.
• Support BIM workflows and documentation control.
• Ensure smooth handover from design to construction phases.
