Job summary

HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions (HGS OSS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple construction projects.

The role is primarily office-based in the Philippines with occasional site visits for client meetings, project scoping, and major milestones; requires full Australian working rights, a White Card, and strong bid and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in construction or related industries.
• Experience with budgets, timelines, and subcontractors.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency reading drawings and technical information.
• Knowledge of WHS and safe work practices.
• Full Australian working rights and White Card.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from start to completion.
• Develop timelines, budgets, scopes, and resource plans.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and site requirements.
• Monitor progress, costs, timelines, and variations.
• Ensure WHS, safety, quality, and company standards.
• Identify and resolve risks and issues.
• Support process improvements across projects.
