The role is primarily office-based in the Philippines with occasional site visits for client meetings, project scoping, and major milestones; requires full Australian working rights, a White Card, and strong bid and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in construction or related industries.

• Experience managing building or construction projects in Australia - MUST-HAVE

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects from enquiry through to completion.

This is primarily an office-based role, with occasional site visits for client meetings, project scoping, and key milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from start to completion
• Develop project timelines, budgets, scopes, and resource plans
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and site requirements
• Monitor project progress, costs, timelines, and variations
• Ensure projects meet WHS, safety, quality, and company standards
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues
• Support process improvements across projects

About You

• 4+ years of project management experience in construction, temporary structures, events, industrial, or related industries
• Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Projects
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical information
• Understanding of WHS and safe work practices
• Full Australian working rights, White Card, and current driver’s licence
• Experience in temporary structures, modular buildings, marquees, or similar
• Qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with councils and permits
• Experience with CRM or job management systems such as Monday.com
